Payment Assistance Programs
With AmeriNational as an extension of the Agency's in-house staff,
a vigorous Down Payment Assistance Program can be operated with
little impact to the Agency's budget, staff assignments, or costs.
AmeriNational facilitates the participation of local lenders and
trains them to bring qualified applications to AmeriNational for
origination. We underwrite submitted loans according to Agency specifications,
disburse Agency approved loans to local closing agents, and service
the Agency's loans after closing. |
