State Prevailing Wage Compliance Monitoring
AmeriNational's Federal and State Labor Standards compliance services
are designed to assist the Agency in implementing services for government-funded
projects and ensuring that all laborers employed by the contractors
and/or subcontractors are paid at the actual wage rates determined
to apply to the project.
AmeriNational's experience in successfully monitoring and completing
more than 300 compliance projects dates back to the mid-80s. AmeriNational
stays abreast of changing state and federal regulations, and its
staff routinely consults with and receives direct training from
HUD's Labor Compliance Unit.
AmeriNational's technical approach to providing Davis-Bacon and
State Prevailing Wage Compliance Monitoring Services will be effective
in the detection of labor standards violations while minimizing
the impact of those discrepancies that do occur. With a possibility
that the Agency may be held liable for wage restitution, effective
